Possible new schedule

Anne still has not received anything in writing, but this is what she was verbally told about the new time schedule:

May 14 begin the inter phase, we will discuss what days we will be open half days to move staff, computers and collections during this time period

June 24 possible last day of inter phase, must be off of 2nd floor, must have 3rd floor ready for services

June 25 first day of Phase II - renovation of 2nd floor

Dec 15 possible last day of Phase II

Dec 16 possible first day of inter phase

Jan 27, 2008 possible last day of inter phase, must be off of 1st floor, want to have 2nd floor restored for services if possible

Jan 28 possible first day of Phase III

June 30 possible last day of Phase III

July 1 possible first day of Mookini Library trying to shelve all materials in permanent place, house staff in permanent locations

November 30, 2008 renovation complete?
